Bio
My research focuses on school readiness, that is, children’s skills in different areas that enable them to take full advantage of the learning opportunities offered at school. I am particularly interested in the role that adults (parents, educators, teachers, etc.) play in fostering the academic and social adjustment of young children during the transition to school. My current project focuses on school-family collaboration and its role in the school adjustment of the most vulnerable children.
