Bio

My postdoctoral research has two objectives: 1) to investigate how the intersection of gender and ID among maltreated children influences the forms and chronicity of maltreatment they experience and supportive services they receive; 2) to explore the moderating effect of ID-specific services on maltreatment risk for intersectional groups of children with ID defined by gender and race/ethnicity.
